Responsibilities:
- Manage daily routine sales supporting operation, i.e., LNG sales and supply operation, customer monitoring, sales and business development coordination
- Manage customer accounts and documentation
- Prepare relevant document for sales & business development activities, e.g., quotation, proposal, invoice, payment orders, etc.
- Generate sales and marketing reports
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events such as seminars, webinars and any other ad-hoc assignment
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Sale & Marketing, Business Administration, Management or other related field
- At least 3 year of work experiences in sales and marketing support function
- Problem-solving: thinking outside the box to develop solutions and making recommendations to help achieve results
- Organization skills: supporting the efforts people across units to achieve sales and marketing goals
- Communication and coordination skills: strong interpersonal skills, English or other language competency, e.g., Chinese, Japanese would be a plus
- English proficiency : TOEIC 650+ or equivalent measurement of English proficiency test. Other language competency, e.g., Chinese, Japanese would be a plus
- High comfort level working in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment
