Financial Transformation EPM,Finance, Procurement and SCM transformation Regional Project

Job brief

  • Leading and delivering end to end EPM,Finance, Procurement and SCM transformation projects for our clients consisting of applications in Consolidation, Planning, Allocations, Reconciliations and Master Data Management
  • Management of internal teams (including offshore) and client stakeholders
  • Identifying enhancement opportunities for our clients and deliver value in each stage of implementation/delivery
  • Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with our clients
  • Being available to travel to client sites anywhere in South East Asia and potentially internationally
  • Leading our continued Finance Transformation thought leadership, working closely with colleagues in Strategy, Finance and Technology Consulting
  • Developing the careers of the teams working with and reporting to you
  • Identifying unique opportunities around you and the firm to develop our capability in newer areas of EPM,Finance, Procurement and SCM
  • Actively engage with our people to develop junior resources within the firm in-order to enable them to be valued by our clients as experts in their domain

Qualifications and requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 full lifecycle implementation projects covering financial consolidation, planning and integrated reporting modules, preferably in Financial services industry for senior manager level
  • Proven implementation expertise in EPM,Finance, Procurement and SCM products – Oracle (FCCS, E/PBCS, PCM, EDM, ARCS)
  • Certified product knowledge and expertise in any of the Oracle EPM,Finance, Procurement and SCM products
  • Knowledge of OneStream or Anaplan will be a plus
  • A Bachelor’s degree as a minimum
  • At least 10+ years of experience for senior manager level, 7+ years of experience for manager level and 3+ years of experience for senior associate level. Experience in professional services is an advantage.
  • Other essential skills would include data gathering, research & analysis, statistical modelling and testing
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills, including the ability to document reports and conduct presentations for clients and key stakeholders
  • Strong interest in the business advisory and consulting industry
  • Excellent verbal, written communication both in Thai and English
  • Be able to utilize your well-rounded skills and experience related to industries to steer your projects to a successful outcome.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, communication skills.
  • Be able to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
